Don’t listen to the doubters and moaners Epic is a lovely ship and NCL really know how to look after people.
We found everything about the cruise good. Our cabin and the whole ship were clean and the ship layout was good nowhere was crowded. For a change on a cruise there were plenty of sunbeds. Staff were friendly and remembered our names. Food very good and hot only exception was the bacon which was crucified you couldn’t break it. Itinerary was good just wish they could dock nearer the ports or did not charge for transport in.
Beautiful ship and despite the number of people onboard it never felt crowded. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and excellent attentive staff. This was our first cruise and we are already researching our next one. Best holiday ever!
Holiday was great and ship was amazing. Lots of open space and felt surprisingly uncrowded. The only thing I think could have been improved would be to ban children from the observation lounge after 9pm as this was a chilled area but the kids were not Unfortunately the itinerary changed between booking and sail date and 1 stop was removed which meant an extra day at sea and another destination change which was not as good as the original. The staff were really friendly , although the officers were somewhat aloof Choice of cocktails was great and a frozen pins colada always goes down well The Vibe beach had been oversold and was quite cramped but the staff were brilliant and attentive. Overall the ship lived up to expectations and was high standard in its fittings and cleanliness
