First time on MSC. Fantastic experience (despite weather). Booked last minute via Iglu. . . very impressed. Will definitely be booking with MSC again - thank you!🥰

Very satisfied with the ship, entertainment was very good, especially the lady singer and her guitar partner, the dance lessons were fun, and also the karaoke bar. Special thanks to our waitor Hermanto and his assistant noxolo she was so kind, and provided us with so much useful information, and kindness

Our first MSC cruise really enjoyed the ship has everything you need great entertainment for everyone, staff full of energy, polite & professional, a few queues at the bars not enough waiters, the buffet on Deck 13 excellent plenty of choice always hot and tables available However, disappointed with restaurant food quality poor only went twice It was cold so didn’t go outside on decks loads of seating on ship lots if activites during the day The ship very clean but need to focus on hygiene at restaurants most people not using sanitation We would definitely go msc again

Very clean environment, friendly helpful staff, excellent food, and entertainment. Only down side was the price of drinks if you did not purchase the drinks package. I one beer and cocktail €17 plus 15% service charge =€18. 40. ! On several occasions, had to wait for 20mins for drinks to be delivered after ordering . Otherwise a very good trip and experience.
