Good cruise with polite staff always
4th time in 4 years in the ship, we opted to go Fantastica rather than Aurea as the prices were a bit higher and we don’t always use the anytime dining benefit, in fact we only ate in the MDR for the odd breakfast. Aft balcony room, floor 12, room was standard, great views out the back and one we wanted to do. Staff great. Some could be more visible when taking orders for drinks but this wasn’t always the case just certain areas we noticed it .
MSC they good, and provide all the necessary information, and things for holiday, all their staff have customer care, is a cruise to remember.
Fabulous cruise on MSC Virtuosa to Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar. I’d been a little worried about the number of passengers, but we genuinely had no issues at all — likely because our timings meant we avoided the busiest periods. Sunbeds at sea days took a bit of patience, but no more than you’d expect at any busy hotel, and of course some people were out early claiming their spot for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food and entertainment were excellent, and the ship itself was spotless. It honestly felt more like a floating city than being out at sea. Would definitely recommend.
