Wonderful Cruise. We had a lovely time on MSC Poesia in this end of January and early February 2026. The Cruise was very clean, great variety of food and entertainment for all ages. We will cruise again ! Our cabin was cleaned everyday and all the Staff on board were helpful and friendly.
Fab food, outstanding staff, extremely clean, easy embarking. Euribia bar dance floor could be bigger. App worked perfect on board. Billing for both the spa and the excursions were both wrong, twice I had to physically go and get it corrected. Passport control in AB was a pain as we both had to disembark the ship in the morning to get our passport stamped. Our excursion was afternoon and the desk shut at 11am, we did not need to carry our passport in the afternoon so nobody knew if our books were stamped or not.
All staff were polite and friendly all but on board cruise booking,who were rude and un professional, passing on to colleagues so he could go.
Would definitely recommend a stay on this ship. Going in for refurbishment next week but still a very nice ship. Food very Mediterranean but good. Drinks package great would definitely recommend
