The boat was excellent, as was the service and food. Emerald staff and tours , I have nothing but praise for as it was all excellently organised but the staff back here in admin are something to be more organised. Not happy with the flights they gave us, luggage delayed and hotel in Bucharest, whilst excellent gave no help when luggage again went astray. Emerald rep on site was apparently poor..There is more choice on bigger cruise ships but horses for courses, pick carefully. Wont rush back to river cruising but Emerald are in the ok category. .
