They were helpful and went out of their way to get my last cruise payments transferred to my new cruise when my first was cancelled
Not proactive in rearranging our Victory Cruise lines cruise on the Great Lakes, moving from September this year to next. The Cruise line wanted £500 to change the dates.II got on to Victory directly and got the transfer cost reduced, so we could book to late August next Year.I had a confirmation this week that has both the amount paid and owing is wrong as well as the settlement date.Not good!

Booked online I made a couple of mistakes when I uploaded details I contacted iglu buy their email and they corrected everything for me. Also got better price than going direct to cruise company.
