I spoke to your operator Yas, he had a very clear and positive manner and I booked with confidence. The next day I called for a query and the following day I spoke to yet another operator who kindly filled in the api form for me. All three operators were excellent.

New York Transatlantic Roundtrip fr So'ton cruise on Queen Mary 2.

I had requested wheelchair assistance for inside the check in area of the port. My name wasn't on any lists. I had to wait until they found one for me,this seemed to have been the start of a lot of the problems I had.
