I rang Customer Service to book my Christmas cruise as I had some queries before booking online. Our cruise agent was a massive help throughout the call as he offered advice about the ship and accommodation options, recommendations about excursions and was even able to offer a better discount than was advertised on the website. I have always booked my cruise holidays via a travel agent. This is the first time I have ever used a site to book directly. The site was very easy to navigate and it was very easy to make the booking. Having slept on my decision, however, I wished I'd gone for a better cabin. I received a follow up call from our cruise agent today having been sent an email quote and a voice mail message a couple of days ago. I asked for an alternative quote from a regional airport which was checked in a couple of minutes, moved on to booking a cabin which she was more than helpful with a recommendation to maybe going to a slightly higher grade of cabin that would suit us better. I have to say this is our second booking with IgluCruise and it won't be our last.
