At the end of each month, we will select a customer at random who’s paid by bank transfer. If successful, the lead guest on your booking will be contacted by email. How to Pay off Your Cruise Balance by Bank Transfer

To pay off your cruise balance by bank transfer, you’ll need to log into your bank app (or head into your local branch).
Do not include your name or any other personal details in the payment reference field; instead, use your cruise booking reference number as the payment reference.
Then, insert our account details, including our account number, Iglu.Com as the account name and our sort code.

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 2 working days for the payment to appear on your online booking account after making a bank transfer payment. Once the payment has been applied to your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation receipt via the email address you used when booking your cruise.

Top Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for entry to the prize draw, the cruise balance must be paid by way of bank transfer directly into Iglu Cruise’s account.
To qualify, full payments must be paid on or before the balance due date. Late bookings (ie. bookings where full payment is due immediately upon booking) or payments made after the balance due date are ineligible for entry.
The prize will be issued to the person named as lead passenger on the booking, regardless of the account/s used to make payment.
When a payment meets the eligibility criteria, then the person named as the lead passenger on the booking will be entered into the prize draw for the calendar month in which payment was made.
Maximum of one entry per calendar month.
Maximum one entry per booking.
No alternative prizes will be offered, if the voucher is unavailable.
