Booking Information

When you book your cruise we need to know the following information...

Cruise Details We need to know the name of the cruise company, the ship and departure date that you have chosen.
Cabin Details We need to know what grade of cabin you have chosen and how you would like it set up (twin or double bed), subject to availability.
Personal Details We need the full name and title (Mr, Mrs Miss etc) and the date of birth for each passenger travelling as it appears on their passport. We also need the age of each passenger at the time of sailing.
Passport Details We need to know the nationality, passport number and passport expiry date for each passenger travelling.
Contact Details We need the full postal address (including postcode) for all passengers travelling. Please also give us at least one name and telephone contact number in the event of an emergency.
Insurance Details If you are not taking an IGLU insurance, we need to know the name of your insurance provider, the policy number, the name of the Emergency Assistance Company attached to the policy and its emergency phone number.
Flight Details If you are taking a fly/cruise, we need to know which airport you wish to fly from, subject to availability.
Dinner Seating Request Should your cruise line offer a choice of sittings for dinner or if you have any requests for a specific table size, please advise us at the time of booking.
Special Requirements We need to know any special requirements that may be required (special dietary needs etc).
Mobility Passengers who are not fully mobile and use either a wheelchair or a motorised wheelchair/scooter (whether permanently or periodically) must let us know at the time of booking. We will then contact you to obtain further information.
