Best Country Specific Blog Award
The following country blogs are, individually, the culmination of an untold amount of effort in documenting a particular nation’s identity. The purposes of these are twofold: to provide tourists with a comprehensive guide which they can rely on to plan their trip and also to give a sense of what to expect when they get there. This authentic look through the eyes of residents, or people travelling through, each location is the very essence of what great travel blogging is all about.
For this category, our judges focussed on blogs which display a strong national identity of the country they represent. The awards given are, in part, recognition of their ongoing work to aid people travelling far and wide to enjoy the great things each nation has to offer – we don’t doubt that these selfless commitments will continue long into the future, and we’d like to extend our deepest thanks to each and every blog owner appearing on the list for their continued efforts.
If you’re a traveller, you’re bound to benefit from the excellent services and information the following blogs have to offer. At the very least, they serve as great travel literature which is worth reading purely for entertainment’s sake as all of our award winners are accomplished bloggers in their own right.
