Viking Legend Reviews

Viking Legend is one of the older ships in the fleet, and in some respects is showing its age, but the cruise itself was a great experience, especially as it was our first river cruise. The organisation was superb, and even though we had not received any travel documents from Iglu, and therefore had no cabin stickers for our luggage, the bags went straight to the cabin. Entertainment was minimal, but on a ship that size, you wouldn’t expect it to be big ship standard. The waiting staff were excellent, and we managed to get to the same table each night, so got to know our waiter very well. Excursions were very well organised and very informative. Most guides spoke excellent English, and even provided a few jokes ! All in all, a great experience and we will certainly be booking again with Viking, though not through Iglu !
