Great ship with lovely cabins and excellent soundproofing. Excellent embarkation and disembarkation procedures. Included speciality restaurants amazing. The Galley not so good with service quite slow. Prefer the traditional buffet. Excursion organisation good. Staff are really good. Entertainmemt mainly geared to the younger crowd but wasn’t a problem. A good mix of ages onboard. Would like a kettle in the cabin. Would be very happy to sail with Virgin again.

Lovely ship, everything we could ask for. Staff offered great service, food was excelent, everything was perfect.

Everything was amazing from the cabin to the different restaurants and food. The ship felt very modern and fashionable and we loved every meal we had. It is not the usual formal style of dining but you book one of the six restaurants through the app. We would recommend the Italian - extra virgin and the dazzle dazzle the most. All the ports were excellent and we had a super time.

Very pleasantly surprised with the Virgin Cruise experience after all the buzz online. Superb staff, excellent entertainment and varied restaurants. So different from traditional cruising! Really had a great time. Iglu's arrangements for hotel and transfers were also very good.

Everything from booking to getting home was excellent. The flights were fine and on time, the pick up from the airport was on time, the hotel in Barcelona was fantastic and the following day taxi and check in on the ship was excellent. The cruise was unreal! The service was the best I have ever had. Food and drink were out of this world. We didn't pay for any excursions preferring to explore ourselves. I have already paid a $300 deposit for my next Virgin Voyage and will be using Iglu again to book a cruise for next year. Thank you

We soon got used to the different Virgin experience (once we'd recovered from the rock-star singing lifeboat drill video) and found it very relaxing and enjoyed the different experiences, especially the hammock, the unfailing and excellent service by the staff (especially in the galley where they brought whatever you wanted to the table). We also liked the freedom to book shows and restaurants at will without having to comply with certain meal and show times.

All good, but not enough specific restaurants. Different from all other cruises I have been on.

Communication has been superb from booking our taster cruise, easy to follow instructions for covid testing to disembarkment.Very clean cabin. Excellent evening entertainment and outdoor facilities. We were lucky enough to have a warm day and samples the cocktails in the hot tub. A great girls weekend celebration a 50th Birthday 🥳

It was a memorable experience and travel again with Virgin voyage.

Restaurants and activities booked up, missed out on group activities, a restaurant we really wanted to try and some evening entertainment.Cabin was amazing, very cleverly thought out and clean. Main dining, food was average, often warm not hot and would arrive at different times. Excellent food in the larger booked restaurants.Friendly stylist staff everywhere. Great interior design. No breakfast tea!! They ran out on day 2 in Bruges. I don’t understand why they couldn’t of got any from Bruges. As a Brit I need my tea!! Very disappointing However would recommend because with a few tweaks it could be perfect
