Day Port Due Depart
1 Fly from the UK
1 Malaga
Malaga is the major coastal city of Andalucia and is a genuine and typical Andaluz city with a gritty individualism untouched by tourism and, to a large extent, the passage of time.
2 Cartagena, Spain PM PM
3 Ibiza Town, Ibiza AM PM
4 Mahon, Menorca
Mahon, Menorca
Prepare yourself for the spectacular views as you enter the port, the berth here is in the town centre itself.
5 Ajaccio, Corsica
Ajaccio, Corsica
Ajaccio blends the warmth and spontaneity of Italy with Etiquette and panache of France. Don't miss Maison Bonaparte, the birthplace of Napoleon.
6 Elba AM PM
7 Rome (Civitavecchia)
Rome (Civitavecchia)
'The Eternal City' from unforgettable historical sights to exclusive designer shops, Rome really does have it all. Ensure you throw a coin into the Trevi fountain to make certain you'll return.
8 Naples
Cruising into the Bay of Naples is a memorable experience. The Naples port is overlooked by the imposing Sant Elmo medieval castle, high up on Vemero Hill, as well as the 13th century Castel Nuovo, which is right next to the Naples cruise terminal in the heart of the city. Within a short walk, to the left of the terminal, are three of Naples best-known landmarks: Castel Nuovo, the 17th century Royal Palace (Palazzo Reale), and the elaborate 18th century San Carlo Opera House. To reach Naples’ fascinating old town, go straight past Castel Nuovo and then over the Piazza Municipio.
9 Messina, Sicily
Messina, Sicily
For a show unlike any you've seen before, visit the world's largest astronomical clock, Orologio Astronomico, in the Piazza del Duomo. It's set in a 60 m (197 ft) bell tower and when the clock strikes noon, it comes to life. As Ave Maria begins playing from a loudspeaker, the bronze mechanical figures start to move. A lion roars, a bird flaps its wings and two historical heroines take turns ringing the bell, all before it ends with a statue of Jesus appearing from a tomb.
10 At Sea
11 Kotor
With a truly beautiful bay, Kotor is situated under the steep cliffs of Lovcen. An excursion to the pretty town of Budva is highly recommended.
12 Dubrovnik
The most beautiful city on the Croatian coast, with café terraces and the third oldest pharmacy in Europe, Dubrovnik is not one to miss.

Well that was a long eventful, maybe ambitious cruise of anticipated 12 ports of call. The flight approach into Dubrovnik was exceedingly bumpy and scary. We were unlucky with the storms over Italy so our itinerary had to change more than once. Sadly we could not get to Sicily or Monaco but did land up in Trieste & Corsica. We paddled up to our knees in Venice after having to pay 15€ Each for boat transfers The ship itself is looking a little tired and was off to Kadiz for a 4 week refit as we disembarked. No fridges in cabin There were far too many chargeable things eg shuttles and ‘surcharge’ restaurants. Even the safe was chargeable. The drinks packages were extortionately expensive if you weren’t all inclusive. That said the main restaurant was very nice with varied menus daily. The pool wasn’t warm enough on the 2 sunny days we had & wanted to use it. The TV in the cabin had the very worst system ever experienced and dire choices with no times listings The daytime entertainment became rather predictable due to having extra days at sea which were not planned. Some of the music and questions were not age-appropriate to the majority of passengers. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and the entertainment was excellent. Certainly not our favourite.

This is a small cruiseship with limited choice of amenities including choice of food and beverages, repetitive menues in all restaurents, even speciality restaurents. Little or no consideration of food for ethnic minorities/hindus even on special occasion like Diwali when vegetarian meals are usually served. Trips were expensive, eg £106pp for trip to Monte carlo, Monaco, just under £100pp to Rome. Distance from port to city were often misinformed or exagerated..a 7mins bus journey was quoted as 15 mins and 55mins by foot, costing 6 euros for which tickets must be bought in advance on the ship! Ship was clean and tidy, reception good, overall an average cruise experience. Booking process and customer care very good.
