Very friendly helpful staff. I was in a single cabin that only had a stool, no chair, but they provided one for me with a back so I could sit comfortably without being on the bed. Excellent food, but excursions are expensive.
Sound level in the shows was overly loud.

The overall feel is relaxing because of the ship's size. Also, the decor is not overtop. The staff were very friendly and
helpful. Everywhere was clean and hygienic with the
cabins well looked after. Music was ok but the String Quartet
was fabulous.
The only downside were the repetitious menus in all restaraunts. The Grand Dining room menu was basically
repeated in the self service rather demeaning 'The Grand'.

We had a stateroom/butler and that aspect was 10/10. The butler and room were excellent (although the door was too narrow for a wheel chair). Unfortunately the general ship service was patchy and the quality of the dining also - which was disappointing. . EG I use a walking stick/wheelchair and bought a coffee in Barista's but told the server I only wanted the mug as I couldn't carry the spoon/biscuit etc. He simply said ok and took them away. One among many. Adaptation (eg disabled handles in toilets) across the ship was minimal and I only found one disabled toilet (deck 10). Large metal thresholds on all levels and between sections of the ship meant my carer had to pull my w/chair (uncomfortably) backwards over them. The lift doors closed quickly - sometimes before we got in. We went late to lunch in The Terrace to avoid the rush (e. g. 1. 40pm) but servers seemed wholly concentrated on clearing instead of helping by moving chairs out of the way or assisting to find a place. The speciality restaurants/grand dining were fine. Finally, we had the prestige drinks package but the very wines we drunk (Albarhino and Champagne) became unavailable 2 days before the cruise ended!
