Book by 30th November and should you need to cancel you may do so up to 30 days prior to departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit for monies paid to be used on any cruise departing before 31 December 2022.
At the entrance to onboard venues with high traffic, such as dining rooms, bars and lounges, there will be hand sanitizers to encourage frequent handwashing. At the Lido Market restaurant, crew will be on hand to prompt guests at these stations. All food service stations here will be staffed.
Staterooms will be thoroughly cleaned up to twice a day, and after each cleaning all touch points will be sanitised again. In public spaces, such as corridors, there will be frequent cleaning, especially of handrails, door handles and buttons. Each night there will be deep cleaning and fogging of busy public venues such as restaurants, toilets and spa, amongst others. Should guests show flu-like symptoms their cabin will have an additional deep clean and all bed linen, towels, table cloths et will be specially laundered.
Before cruising, all guests and crew will have to undergo health screenings, which could include questionnaires and temperature checks. Should anyone onboard develop symptoms, each ship has well-equipped facilities and highly-trained medical staff.
The cruise from Dubai to Singapore was excellent. the ship was very good. The staff provided very good service and the whole atmosphere was very friendly. the trips asore were good and the whole package was very good. all transfers went smoothly and the hotels were excellent. It all contributed to a lovely and very memorable holiday. Thank you.
Well first of all great trip. Ship in places needs attention, I hear the ship is going in for refit after this trip. Food very good. The staff go the extra mile to make sure every thing is ok no thing is too much trouble . Felt the ship a very dress down compared to other ships . The resturant very good. The pinnacles resturant good but not a big menu, but food excellent . Shopping on board poor unless you need a new watch. Drinks are expensive. As tours are we did quite a few over ten, but where possible shared a taxi which brought the cost down. Entertainment was poor not the showS that one expects, though the in house dancers where excellent better than some of the entertainers that are brought on board ..on the day we disembarked as our flight was early we took our own cases which was a hassle ,would have thought Holland America Could have let couple stewards to help ..
We were updated from an inside stateroom to a Deck Stateroom which really made a difference to the exercise we did avoiding weight gain and enjoying the fresh air. Easy access was great. The seas were calm which made for a beautiful cruise. The side trips were very interesting. Overall very high marks for Holland America, once again! Thank you.
