River Cruise Competition

1. By signing up to our River Cruise Newsletter you are automatically entering the prize draw. You must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry. 2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Iglucruise or any subsidiary of Iglucruise.
3. Any personal information that you provide to Iglucruise will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. The winner will be chosen completely at random.
7.  This competition has been extended. The last day for entry is 31 May 2015 and Iglucruise reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. If you win the competition, we will notify you on Tuesday 2nd June 2015. The competition winner will need to confirm their acceptance of the prize by Tuesday 2nd June 2015, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.
9. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Marketing, Iglucruise 165 The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1NE after the closing date.
10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Iglucruise may require.
11. The judge who randomly selects each competition winner will be a member of the Iglucruise Marketing Department.
12. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
14. This competition is being run by Iglucruise, 165 The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1NE. 15. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
16. Not included in your prize (a) drinks whilst on board; (b) flights; (c) personal expenses i.e. laundry etc; (d) shore excursions; (e) travel insurance; (f) transfers from and to port; (f) gratuities; and (g) taxes (h) telephone calls (i) additional nights or upgrades.
17. Qualifying cruises can depart in any month during 2015, for any European river cruise itinerary in the brochure. Winner will have final prize details confirmed within 30 days of departure from a choice of brochured 8-day 2015 European river cruises departing until December. Cabin will be allocated at time of travel and will be based on lowest available grade. Emerald Waterways withhold the right to allocate dates outside preferred date bands indicated.
18. Iglucruise reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Iglucruise may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
19. The judge's decision will be final.

General terms and conditions

All prices shown include any flights & baggage where applicable. Prices include port taxes, fees & supplements. Prices are per person based on 2 sharing a river view cabin unless otherwise stated. Supplements may apply for single passengers. Prices are correct at the time of this mailing being sent, but may change at any time.
