Reassurance About Booking Your Cruise Holiday

We are aware that many of you are concerned about the ongoing situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and wanted to reassure you that we are on hand to assist all our guests and give you advice so that you can cruise safely and can book your cruise holiday with peace of mind.

As the largest Cruise agency in the UK, we have over 15 years experience in the cruise industry and send thousands of people on holiday every year. We are ABTA bonded and any flight-inclusive holidays are ATOL protected should anything go wrong, so you have no financial risk.

For added peace of mind, many of the lines are temporarily relaxing their cancellation and amendment terms for some cruises, meaning that once you book, you have the flexibility to amend your holiday to another date in the future free of charge, or receive a Future Cruise Certificate of the value of your cruise. Our sales team can advise you of the exact terms before you book. 

In the interest of passenger safety, cruise lines may make changes to itineraries in accordance with the latest advice. Cruise ships will not travel to destinations that fall within an area where there is advice against travel. It’s also important to know that in the interest of the safety of guests and crew the cruise lines have worked at enhancing their procedures on board and there are increased restrictions and screenings at the ports, details by cruise line can be found here.

We have a dedicated team of people who are liaising with the cruise lines and if there is any change or disruption to your holiday we will notify you as soon as we can. If you are away and your holiday is unexpectedly curtailed, you can be assured that you will be returned to your point of departure at no cost to you, as well as receive an applicable refund for any services not received.
