This is a beautiful ship and the staff are lovely and so helpful.
I love the choice of food on this ship and the fact that you can have pasta and omelettes etc made to order is a huge bonus.
The information for passengers about entertainment or going ashore is always good.

Cunard ships are always great. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise from Rome to Venice.
We were somewhat shocked at the price increases since we last sailed with them. Locations & Hotels on the land journey part of our holiday was ok, but room for improvement on your part it making the holiday better & easier for people of our age. Even if it would have cost us more to do it was the travelling to & from Italy that was far to complicated & we could have flown direct both ways. So a bit disappointed.

Liked the smaller size of the ship and the more traditional design and overall decor made quite a change. Ship was very quiet, with the odd exception on a sea day at breakfast! In general the service was good but main dining room and bar service was definitely slower than some of the other cruise lines we’ve travelled with. Did have cause to complain on two occasions when I was given incorrect and misleading information by the Pursers desk and have fed this back to Cunard. Also thought it was odd that they cleaned the balcony windows during the time everyone was getting ready for dinner service!! Entertainment was ok with the main highlights being the ships theatre cast who were amongst the best we’ve ever seen. Ports were excellent and the trips good and overall we enjoyed our cruise but would definitely rank Celebrity Cruises higher in terms of service, quality, dining and overall cruise experience.
