Day Port Due Depart
1 Fly from the UK
1 New York
New York
The world's capital and one of the most fascinating cities you will ever visit. Simply enjoy, as you sail past liberty Island, with a backdrop of the worlds most famous skyline.
2-7 At Sea - Transatlantic
8 Southampton
9-10 At Sea - 2 days
11 Lisbon
Lisbon
The capital of Portugal, Lisbon has such highlights as Eiffel's cast Iron elevator and fascinating moorish baazars.
12-13 At Sea
14 Naples
Naples
Cruising into the Bay of Naples is a memorable experience. The Naples port is overlooked by the imposing Sant Elmo medieval castle, high up on Vemero Hill, as well as the 13th century Castel Nuovo, which is right next to the Naples cruise terminal in the heart of the city. Within a short walk, to the left of the terminal, are three of Naples best-known landmarks: Castel Nuovo, the 17th century Royal Palace (Palazzo Reale), and the elaborate 18th century San Carlo Opera House. To reach Naples’ fascinating old town, go straight past Castel Nuovo and then over the Piazza Municipio.
15 Messina Strait - Cruising
16 At Sea
17-18 Haifa - Overnight onboard
Haifa - Overnight onboard
There's a popular Israeli saying: "Haifa works, Jerusalem prays and Tel Aviv plays." This is not strictly fair to Haifa, the country's third-largest city. While it's home to Israel's biggest and busiest port and has an undeniably bustling, business-like air, there's also a real resort feel about the place. The centre sprawls over the steep, lush face of Mount Carmel; the waterfront is lined with wide, sandy beaches; and the restaurants are famous throughout Israel.
19-20 Port Said, Egypt - Cruise by - Overnight onboard
20 Suez Canal Transit
Suez Canal Transit
Lying at the Red Sea end of the Suez Canal, the busy Egyptian port of Suez can also be your starting point for exciting trips to Cairo and the Pyramids at Giza. If your ship goes through the Canal, be out on deck throughout the transit, as it is one of the world’s most fascinating maritime experiences, creating the bizarre impression that you are sailing right through the dry heart of the desert. The present, 101-mile-long Canal took 15 years to build, was completed in 1869 and shaved a mere 7,000 miles off the journey from England to India. It is the second to cross the Isthmus of Suez – the first was constructed in the 5th century BC and was in use until the 8th century.
20 Suez
21 Aqaba (for Petra)
Aqaba (for Petra)
Aqaba, an ancient city carved from ochre-coloured sandstone cliffs, guaranteed to mesmerise.
22-27 At Sea
28-29 Dubai - Overnight onboard
Dubai - Overnight onboard
One of the most exclusive cities in the world, rich with the contrasting highlights of amazing shopping, stunning desert landscapes and a delightful coastline.
30 Muscat
Muscat
For a once in a lifetime opportunity, spend a following dolphins from a speedboat at Marina Bander.
31-33 At Sea
34 Colombo, Sri Lanka
Colombo, Sri Lanka
Colombo is the largest city and former capital of Sri Lanka. It is located on the west coast of the island and adjacent to Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte, the capital. Colombo is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern life and colonial buildings and ruins and a city population of 647,100.
35-37 At Sea
38 Phuket
39 Penang
40 Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang)
Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang)
For Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur cruise ships must dock at the deepwater cruise port Kelang, which is 90 minutes drive away. This, though, is good news for cruise visitors because, along the way to the capital, you not only see the magnificent Salahuddin ‘Blue’ Mosque - the largest in southeast Asia with room for 16,000 worshippers - but also visit the Batu Caves where a stone staircase with 272 steps leads up to a Hindu Shrine. If you make the effort, you are rewarded with the company of scores of monkeys which live around the caves.
41-42 Singapore - Overnight onboard
Singapore - Overnight onboard
Singapore is a melting pot of people and cultures. Malay, Chinese, English and Tamil are official languages; Buddhism, Taoism, Islam, Hinduism and Christianity are the major faiths. Ever fascinating, Singapore boasts diverse cultures, luxurious hotels, and some of the finest duty-free shopping in the world.
43 At Sea
44 Ho Chi Minh City
Ho Chi Minh City
Over a quarter of a century has passed since the Vietnam War ended in 1975 with the fall of Saigon. Today, the name of this bustling metropolis on the Mekong River is Ho Chi Minh City. Yet, the essence of the city, a major trading center since the 18th century, remains unchanged. The air is filled with the cries of street hawkers and honking horns. Swarms of motorbikes buzz down the crowded streets balancing every sort of cargo imaginable—from clinging families to coops of live chickens. And everywhere, friendly faces and warm greetings meet you.
45 Nha Trang
Nha Trang
White sand beaches, turquoise waters, beachfront cafés. Nha Trang's days as an underappreciated treasure are over. Still very much intact since the 7th century are the venerated towers of the Cham Ponagar Temple complex. Sample shore excursions: Nha Trang City Tour; Nha Trang Countryside.
46 At Sea
47 Hong Kong
Hong Kong
Hong Kong is one of two special administrative regions (SARs) of the People's Republic of China (PRC), the other being Macau. A city-state situated on China's south coast and enclosed by the Pearl River Delta and South China Sea, it is renowned for its expansive skyline and deep natural harbour.

Recently returned from a Transatlantic voyage from Southampton to New York. From the word go the experience was fantastic. We were met from our cab by a porter who whisked away our luggage, then the check in process was smooth and expertly carried out. Lovely comfortable and well-equipped stateroom. All staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. Fantastic food and entertainment and we arrived on schedule even though we had a small diversion for a passenger to be airlifted to hospital. Disembarkation was smoothly carried out for a quick exit through immigration. Would absolutely recommend the service received by both Cunard and indeed the helpful staff at Iglu (especially Maggie who explained everything to me).  We are already planning our next cruise with Iglu!
