I thouht she was a nice ship, the food and service was great, we got our same table every night, sat between 2 nice couples, met some nice couples aboard, who we joined in the quizzes with, the csbin was nice, the steward " jun" did a great job,, the entertainment was brilliant, first class i wish we,d been on there 2 weeks, disembarkation ,well organised,, i liked that we didnt have to cue anywere, we just walked into the theatre,, only one thing that i mark down is the toilets around the ship,, sime were a bit messy, but other than that it was great

Always a PLEASURE to be aboard this LINER. Do try it on a short trip to appreciate the quality, size, and luxury experience. Stateroom 6184 Port side mid-ships. Slight noise from walkers above us.

Beautiful ship. Lovely staff. Only one planetarium show in 14 days. Had seen speakers last year on another cruise line. Loved the Irish music duo. Not a lot of choice in buffet but food very good. Cabin as expected.

Generally a very positive experience. However, this was marred by an outbreak of gastro-intestinal illness breaking out on the ship. Fortunately, we managed to avoid it. We particularly enjoyed the planetarium and the guest lectures. Our cabin steward was very efficient. Embarkation was a nightmare with nobody seeming to know what was happening. There were very long queues in the cold. Some people reported waiting for two hours. Debarkation was a bit better but still disorganised. Food in the main restaurant was very good. Service in the main restaurant was variable. There were mistakes with food orders almost every day. Some staff members in the restaurant seemed to be somewhat surly. The evening shows in the theatre were excellent.

We still think it’s a privilege to sail on queen Mary. the welcome from the bell boys to afternoon tea. It’s still from a time gone by. The food is excellent. The. cabin steward Judy was delightful. the staff all spoke every time you crossed paths. the bed is made for a good night’s kip. the toiletries are top quality which all adds up.

So was amazing. Very stylish. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Cabin inside was ample as only slept in there. Great wardrobe space. Entertainment very good. Planetarium was very interesting. Would sail on this ship again.

Loved the elegance and comfort. Felt like a true ship experience rather than a floating entertainment hotel. Staff and food wonderful. Cabins well appointed.

Planetarium was poor. Decor is dated. I still enjoyed myself but I doubt if I ever choose this type of Queen. My cabin was quite big. I was impressed. I actually was given a disabled cabin. It was big and very confortable and very clean. Food was excellent. Choice of food was large and in abundance.

Lovely ship excellent staff, downside not happy with the prices of wine etc! 15% surcharge on top of all alcohol is a joke! Just charge a realistic price & you would sell more!!

Lovely ship with plenty of uncrowded public spaces. Great service, lovely food and a huge library!
