Once we worked out that avoiding the buffet was wise, the dining on the ship was excellent. Facilities were good and staff were hard working and pleasant. Shops were okay but I did not feel the need to buy the mediocre expensive artwork or high priced watches Excursions were a mixed bag with some being mediocre and expensive. main disappointment was that the ship did not do much sailing in Fjords with most sailing being at night
My sister and I went on Azura again and it certainly did nit disappoint.The staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.We loved the itinerary and visited some wonderful locations.Thank you to the staff at Iglu for a smooth process from booking to coming home.
I have had an amazing trip to the fjords and wanted to pass on my appreciation to the wonderful crew. Please can you pass this on. Also, the Headliners Theatre group were sensational - the singing, energy, choreography, props and staging topped many weather end performances. As a huge theatre fan and performer, I was on the edge of my seat every night. The 710 club was also extremely powerful in terms of musical entertainment. A rich variety of food, comfortable cabin, reasonably priced drinks and plenty of space to relax in the 25 degrees unexpected sunshine added to the ambience of the week. My only concern is the reliance on smart phones for booking everything. It made things quite stressful to ensure you could watch things. I'd love to cruise again but thought my peninsular membership would be confirmed. However, it has nothing on my log in details.

Yes, excursions usually become available to book 12 weeks before the sailing date. Once released, you have until three days before the cruise departure date to reserve your place although it’s best to reserve as soon as possible to get your spot. The dress code onboard P&O Cruises is casual throughout the day. Depending on the climate, you can wear t-shirts, shorts, trousers, sundresses, skirts, jumpers and other casual attire across the ship. It is requested, however, that no pool wear is to be worn in the ship’s lounges, inside bars, restaurants or at reception.
There are two types of evening dress codes: Evening Casual and Black Tie. For Evening Casual, you can wear dresses, long skirts, long trousers, long-shirts and other similar attire. Tracksuits are prohibited.
On Black Tie nights, you can dress to impress with a cocktail dress, tuxedos, ball gowns or a smart jacket and tie. Tailored shorts are not allowed in any venues on Black Tie night except for the buffet.
