P&O Cruises l Holiday Memories | Iglu Cruise po cruise memories

One of the best things about cruising is all those special memories that you take back with you.

Everyone has their own unique experiences. Whether you’ve had a perfect day in paradise, enjoyed a mouth-watering meal, ventured into the unknown on an exciting excursion or danced the night away beneath the star lit sky. The memories you make onboard a P&O Cruise will last a lifetime.

We thought we’d share some special memories our fellow P&O cruisers have had with you, to get you inspired for the upcoming spring/summer holiday season.

Reconnecting with familiar faces

"We went on P&O Oriana in December 2015 to Casablanca and Spain. This is a lovely ship with a very good crew, a number of whom we knew from previous cruises on different ships. When a waitress comes up to you and gives you a hug because she remembers you from a cruise a year previous, you know they care! We enjoyed the good food and entertainment in the excellent venues and met some nice people. The cruise was fabulous value for money and we have booked to go on Orianas Caribbean adventure in Jan 2017.2" By S. Horne

The world is your oyster

"Just returned from one leg of the world cruise, would have liked to have done the whole tour. Absolutely amazing! Forget the moaning "ten bob millionaires" it was fantastic. Great choices of food to suit any palate, polite & friendly service from all of the staff & every area spotlessly clean. The entertainment in the Palladium Theatre was professional, fun and there's so much to do onboard that you'll never be bored. Well organised shore excursions which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would I book again....you bet I would!" By Sheila onboard P&O Arcadia

Mini Taster Cruises

"I just returned back from a mini Taster cruise with P&O. We have been on different cruise lines and this was exceptional, from the efficient boarding to disembarking. The crew were very friendly unlike some cruises, even the captain kept us informed of our location. The choice of food was very good. I was shocked when I was told by our cabin attendant that we have tea & coffee and bottled water all complimentary, unlike other cruise lines that charge. We even got chocolates on our pillows at night..nice touch! The entertainment was brilliant especially badness. If that was just a taster they certainly impressed us. I would certainly book through Iglu as very easy and helpful and I will be looking at P&O for a future cruise." By Sandra onboard P&O Aurora

Wonders of Small Ship cruising

"Having enjoyed a cruise to the Fjords on this ship last year we were delighted a cruise came up at the time we were able to cruise this year. This is a small ship for adults only, delightfully decorated and furnished throughout in a traditional manner. The crew are extremely polite and helpful. The shows in the main were very good. Excellent food, Marco Pierre’s White restaurant should definitely be visited for a special occasion meal. Organised trips well run." By Jenny onboard P&O Adonia

Something onboard for everyone

"The crew are delightful on my cruise to Russia. The food is as much as you can eat. Life onboard can be hectic with recent films and many shows to see. However you can take art lessons and bridge plus the option to walk a mile each morning in a group, or read a book from the well-stocked library. Everything is paid on a cruise card so no need for cash except at ports. Looking for my next cruise now which will be less busy now we know the ropes!" By Rea onboard P&O Aurora
