Britannia is a beautiful Cruise ship. Crew could not be more helpful. Food is plentiful with fabulous choices. Entertainment was a bit disappointing compared to previous cruises on other cruise lines but we Did enjoy a few of the acts.

Loved the ship! Crew brilliant as ever. Worst entertainment we’ve ever had on a p&o ship! Where were the headliners? Excursions expensive it seems you add a tapas and a drink and think that’s ok to rip people off! Food was very good apart from the fact that you had very limited choices.

Disembarkation was a bit disorganised - lifts being the problem We enjoyed room service breakfast - wonderful Our rooms were clean and comfortable .

Lovely food. Lovely staff. Lovely ship. Lovely ports of call. We had a lovely time.

A fantastic first cruise with P&O. Cabins were spacious and extremely well designed (recommend taking magnetic hooks for the walls!). Staff extremely friendly and diligent, food excellent, with good variety of times available and entertainment (especially "Headliners" team) excellent. We had a fantastic time, despite weather not being perfect. Thank you to P&O and the team!

We choose Britannia because of the crystal room as we ballroom dance. Would never go on Iona or Arvia because you cannot. We like everything about Britannia

We had no problems boarding or disembarking. Comments regarding ship only - not the easiest of ships to get around as needed to go up or down then along and down or up to get to some venues. Elevators (lifts to us brits) were being misused as some passengers got in whether they were going up or down and just travelled until they reached their desired deck. Obviously not adequate at times. Room steward pleasant and worked well. Our dining requests made at the time of booking were ignored and it took us two days before it was sorted. In the meantime being told to 'go upstairs' in a rather abrupt manner was not what we expected. Food choices in Oriental were not as varied as we expected and quantities of veg were rather smaller. Our cabin was at the front of the ship, just above the forward thrusters and the mooring rope hatch, so every time we docked we were woken up earlier than we wished but guess that was because we booked late. Air conditioning worked well, shower good and toilet only blocked once, not due to us! Cabin not rated 5 because of its location over the thrusters. The fist comedian was supposed to be giving a show suitable for families however we would not have taken our grandchidren to it as he had no idea what was a family joke and what was not. The magician later was tremendous and well received. The shows were a little busy on stage and quite loud. The activities do not interest us much except the dancing , where the instructors were really good and responded to the passengers interested.

Well maintained decor and well laid out cabins with a separate dressing area. Even the smaller inside ones were quite spacious. Found it a hard ship to navigate though and moved around quite a bit even outside of the bay of biscay. Plenty of activities throughout the day, we loved the craft sessions and Magic Mikey. Good but not outstanding evening entertainment for all ages. Kids club looked fabulous but my child wanted to stay with us instead. Only one small pool that you can stand up in to help kids learn to swim, was a disappointment. Food was not as good as other ships I have been on. Kids menu in the main restaurant didn't change for 2 weeks. Didn't have a drinks package and felt we wouldn't have used it fully anyway as drinks quite reasonably priced. Great amount of information left at your door to know what is going on but could have been a little more on what is within walking distance of the ports.

Suitably impressed with the cruise and its organisation I have booked another cruise. The staff members and the service they provided was very good.
