This was our first cruise and couldn't have faulted anything. All the staff on our ship, the Arcadia were friendly and eager to please. Will definitely go on more cruises in the future.

As a first time cruiser I didn't know what to expect. I was delighted with the experience and felt spoiled. The entertainment was to a high standard and there was plenty of choices available for dining. Will definitely be saving up to experience this again.

We had a lovely relaxing time on Arcadia.

Good value for money, great staff, great destinations. Décor tired but Meridian restaurant food very good for all meals. Getting on and off at Southampton very easy and stress free. Cabin dated too but very clean and cabin attendant did a great job. Some excellent entertainment in Palladium theatre. Most drinks not too much overpriced. Iglu booking and organisation excellent, no complaints at all.

Our first long-stay cruise and first with P&O Cruises. 2024 World Cruise on MV Arcadia -99 days In short, we loved it! The ship was comfortable, clean and had excellent service throughout. We were taken to some amazing places that we’d never have seen otherwise. Nothing this complex is perfect, but P&O got all the important bits right, so we would thoroughly recommend this cruise, especially since Arcadia is scheduled for a dry dock refit later this year.

Excellent staff. Ship I think has seen better times not enough choice for the evening meals. But very happy with Iglu; all transfers on time and hotels were ok.

Fantastic holiday arranged by Iglu. Hotel in Sydney was lovely. Spent a couple of days there before joining Arcadia. All transfers from airport to hotel then to port were excellent. Lovely immaculate Audi cars with polite efficient drivers. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Iglu again.

Thoroughly enjoyed cruise package provided by Iglu. Nothing to compare to but very happy.
