At least 2,500 people are feared to have lost their lives in a devastating typhoon that swept over the Philippines last week. People have lost their homes, neighbourhoods and family members. This tragic disaster has left the Philippines in desperate need of aid with 11 million people affected.
The Philippines has an extremely close connection with the cruise industry due to the high number of crew members from the islands working onboard ships.
In association with Cunard Cruise Line, Iglucruise are auctioning an 8 night luxury Transatlantic cruise in an effort to raise money to aid the Filipinos who have lost everything. The money raised will go directly to DEC: Philippines Typhoon Appeal to help deliver clean water and food supplies, provide shelter for those left homeless and prepare hygiene kits to prevent the spread of disease.

The auction ends on Saturday afternoon where by the highest bid submitted will claim this wonderful cruise and help aid ongoing recovery efforts in the Philippines. Payment can be made via a Pay Pal account or credit card. The winning bidder will be required to complete payment within 24 hours. If the winning bidder does not complete payment within this time the second highest bid will be accepted and required to make payment. Bidders must be over the age of 18 and be a resident of the UK.
