Wi-fi

Wi-fi is not included as standard but if you upgrade to the Free at Sea fare the first two guests can enjoy up to 300 minutes (depending on the length of the cruise) of wi-fi access.

Specialty Dining

Speciality dining isn't included as standard but if you upgrade to the Free at Sea package the first two guests can get up to 3 meals (depending on the length of the cruise) in any of the speciality dining restaurants.

Tips

Guests will be charged between $20-25 per person per day for gratuities/service charges. These can be paid for before or after the cruise.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

Beautiful ship, but a few areas of constructive criticism: 1. Buffet area too small and overcrowded at peak times. Plus lack of fresh fruit options, salmon, and healthy yoghurts and seeds. 2. Lack of variety of evening entertainment. 3. Starbucks coffee outlet far too expensive. 4. Not enough seats in bar areas However, staff fantastic, specialty restaurants excellent, Hudson’s and The Local great. Plus The Deck area on Deck 8 was our favourite spot to chill.

Ship was fantastic, crew attentive and friendly. Food great, Ports 70% as expected , but disppointing in other ways. . . . too much sales pressure on some islands.

Everything from the time we arrived and boarded to the time we left was very professional and welcoming and we can't wait for our next voyage. The whole viva team that we encountered made the trip as much as the incredible islands that we visited and the service and entertainment went above and beyond.
