Guests are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen or PCR test result at least two calendar days prior to boarding for cruises originating in a U.S. port and at least three calendar days prior for cruises departing from a non-U.S. port. The COVID-19 antigen or PCR test must be administered by a verified third party.
Guests will be free to explore certain ports of call on their own. Please keep in mind that this is largely dependent on the local health authorities and the evolving regulations, which are subject to change. Due to local government regulations, guests are required to take a Norwegian Cruise Line shore excursion while visiting ports in Italy as guests will not be allowed to explore on their own.
Under the terms of Ncl booking conditions, guests are required to have
purchased a Travel Insurance policy for their trip. It must cover cancellation
and medical emergency expenses as a minimum and must be purchased
within 14 days of full payment being taken for your cruise.
Mandatory full vaccinations are required for guests of all ages. Guests must be fully vaccinated 14+ days before departure.
