Amazing holiday. Staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met. Food was fabulous in every restaurant. Only in one restaurant would I say service was poor. We didn't have any complaints about anything! The cabin was clean and big enough. The vibe was an absolute luxury for us, and the staff there were the absolute best. The excursions organised by NCL were all fantastic. Literally not a single complaint about anything.

The ship was very good; spotlessly clean and the staff were the best we have ever had, the entertainment was very good and food excellent overall this was great cruise with great ports of call. The downside was boarding the ship in Los Angeles and disembarking in Miami- total Chaos as so many people to get on and off which was not organised and delt with at all well. My wife and I have booked many cruises with IGLU and would not use any other cruise agent we had a cruise and stay this time and your agent was so good and gave us some very good advice to get the best from our trip we loved that she delt with the whole booking from start to finish and we could always call her for any advice!

Was a really nice ship, almost seemed like new. Well thought cabins with lots of storage space.
Food was excellent- we didn’t eat in the buffet much and chose instead the restaurants.
Saw a couple of shows and guest performers which were all good. This was our first holiday abroad since Covid and as such we were a little apprehensive. We thoroughly enjoyed this holiday - it was great to travel again
