Nice ship but very noisy passengers. More suitable for groups or parties not couples.
Before stepping onboard, all guests and crew will undergo health screening, as well as temperature monitoring throughout the cruise, to identify and prevent the spread of health issues. Check-in will be done online and embarkation will take place in a staggered manner to ensure social distancing can be maintained.
Onboard NCL ships new safety measures will include full-service buffets with staff serving guests and increased social distancing throughout the ship and during activities.
In the event of illness onboard, NCL have enhanced medical resources onboard. These include diagnostic testing for COVID-19, medical oxygen, medication and vaccinations, as well as ongoing health and safety training for crew and isolation accommodation if needed.
Once on the ship, measures include state-of-the-art air filtration to ensure that the air onboard is clean, and increased cleaning measures including more frequent sanitation of staterooms, suites and public spaces.
Prior to and throughout their cruise, crew will be required to undergo health screening, such as daily temperature checks.
NCL ships will only visit safe ports, meaning that itineraries may be changed. The cruise line will also make sure that tour operators and land partners adhere to strict hygiene measures so that guests can enjoy their time ashore.

I was lucky enough to experience the brand new Norwegian ship last week in all her glory. Being that it was the first Norwegian ship I had been on I had no idea what to expect. My first impression was WOW, she was tastefully decorated with a gorgeous atrium area. The food was super, self-service buffet had lots of choice. The freedom style of dining for the evenings can mean long queues so they give you a buzzer and buzz you once a table is ready OR TOP TIP you can pre-book a certain time. We dined in the Manhattan room, this was like a New York club with a live band and saxophonist playing while you eat. The food was excellent quality we all agreed and great choices too, I had lobster! For KIDS – The water park and water slides look like so much fun, there are video arcades and sports courts. There is a Teen area and all the usual kiddies clubs however what is brand new is the high ropes on the top deck, a bit like GO APE – perfect ship for families. Staterooms were really nice, I had a Balcony which was very spacious, more so than the Royal Princess and Britannia balcony staterooms. One point is I would say its worth getting a drinks package as drinks are expensive. (The Sugarcane Mojito bar was a favourite though!) Also worth noting, passengers in STUDIO cabins get access to a singles lounge similar to the Epic. Staff were friendly and overall impression was FAB SHIP!!!
