The size of the ship was enough for the number of people on board, the main entertainment areas looked smart and not in need of much repair, also they were large enough for the events and entertainment which was available. The cabin was of average standard and the balcony was in poor state of repair. Food in the main restaurants had very little change but the buffet area had a lot of choice. Most of the hot tubs did not work. All the staff were friendly and worked extremely hard.

2 Apr 2025
We had an excellent trip. Positives: ship was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Staff were unbelievable, so supportive and helpful. My daughter has food allergies and we felt very supported and safe. She actually had a reaction on our second day (we don’t think it was the crews fault at all), and the support we received was fantastic, I can’t praise the staff enough. My daughter loved the kids club and would have spent the whole holiday there if possible! Negatives: I felt the $20 per person per day compulsory service charge was steep, especially as it also charged that amount for our 3 year old daughter, so cost us an additional $600 which we didn’t budget for. Given the high expense of the cruise we feel that the staff should just be paid a better wage rather than charging additional fees to your customers while on board. The facilities for under 3’s was disappointing, my youngest enjoyed the guppies room but it did get very repetitive. It also would be nice if there was more activities for under 3’s during the family free play sessions in the splash academy. I wanted to especially mention Michelle at O’Sheehans who went above and beyond to support us in managing our daughter’s allergies, alongside other restaurant supervisors and chefs. It is always extremely anxiety provoking travelling with allergies, but I didn’t need to worry as your staff were amazing.
