Silversea Cruises has revealed that service onboard its fleet of cruise liners is to get even better following the introduction of a new training programme for staff.
Passengers sailing with Silversea Cruises will soon be benefiting from service staff receiving training from The Leading Hotel Schools of the World, a network of the world's best hotel schools.
The hospitality training will mean service staff can reach a whole new level of expertise, something that can only be beneficial for those lucky enough to be taking a cruise with Silversea.
"To maintain our commitment to superlative service, we know it's essential to offer our staff a truly top notch training programme that fosters the development and retention of hospitality leaders and innovators," said Albert Peter, Silversea's chief executive officer.
"Silversea and The Leading Hotel Schools of the World share a passion for service excellence, and this partnership will allow us to work together to take the training of our staff to the next level."
Silversea Cruises has also revamped its onboard guest satisfaction survey to make sure it understands passenger perception and enjoyment on its ships.
