Silversea Cruises has announced a series of exciting events linked to
Silver Shadow's world cruise, the Rhythms of the World.
To commence in January 2008, the 110-day odyssey is set to visit more than 25 countries.
And to enhance the journey of a lifetime, the line is holding a number of complimentary events and excursions.
A gourmet feast and concert in Honolulu's Iolani Palace, a three-day trek from Ho Chi Minh to Cambodia and an evening in Barcelona look primed to entice cruisers with a whole new look at the regions they visit.
Meanwhile, complimentary shore excursions including Hilo's Aloha Spirit, Saigon Highlights and Panoramic Naples are set to show voyagers a whole new side of these global attractions.
"A typical guest on this type of extensive voyage is looking to collect very exclusive and personalised experiences," said Joseph Proto,
Silversea Cruises' Director of World Cruise and Business Development.
"These special onshore programmes are designed to create an unforgettable and intimate connection with the peoples and cultures our guests will visit during their extraordinary sailing adventure."
The line recently announced a number of Christmas-themed treats available on its December programme.
