Holidaymakers who would like to explore a new city but do not feel that the efforts of finding flights, booking hotels and finding places to eat once on holiday equal the relaxation of a mini-break may wish to consider a short cruise holiday, it has been suggested.
Norwegian Cruise Lines makes the assertion as it launches four, two night mini-breaks to European "hotspots".
According to
NCL, such cruises are "just the solution" for a city break, as they include food, entertainment - such as West End-style shows and access to an on board casino - as well as sight-seeing.
"NCL's new mini-cruises are ideal for those who have considered a cruise, but want to test the water first," the cruise line added.
Children and young adults are also likely to enjoy the mini-cruises according to
Norwegian Cruise Lines, which provides Nintendo Wiis, Xboxes and clubs for two to seventeen year olds.
The cruise holidays include calls to Le Havre for Paris, Bruges, Zeebrugge, Amsterdam, Nice and Barcelona.
