Royal Caribbean's new Vitality programme promises to stimulate every aspect of the cruise experience.
The initiative will invigorate voyagers with a set of tailored menus, exercise regimes and spa treatments to soothe and refresh all who take part.
"This all-encompassing program is designed to encourage and educate our guests to achieve wellness through a balance of lifestyle choices that may even include the occasional dessert or an indulgent morning spent sleeping in", says Alice Norsworthy, Senior Vice President of Marketing at
Royal Caribbean.
One of the programmes most exciting features is its individualised approach, which extends to the installation of virtual personal trainer kiosks on
Royal Caribbean's Freedom ships.
Tai-chi and meditation classes will provide an integrated mind and body experience, while shore excursions range from the Jungle Bike Adventure in Mexico to a Jungle River Tubing trip in Jamaica.
Nutrition is at the core of any wellbeing plan and
Royal Caribbean has developed an exciting selection of energy bars, green tea drinks and all-natural meals to serve this end.
In related news, next year will see
Royal Caribbean'slargest ever deployment in Europe.
