Royal Caribbean Cruises has announced its largest deployment in Europe. During 2008, seven ships will sail around the continent, taking voyagers on a more expansive journey than ever before.
Cruisers onboard any of the seven ships, which include the brand new
Independence of the Seas, can sail for between 4 and 14 nights around Europe's legendary seas.
Adam Goldstein, President of
Royal Caribbean Cruises, says: "The Europe cruises will take guests to some of the most spectacular locations throughout the continent aboard some of the world's most innovative ships, offering travellers a range of exciting itineraries and experiences that best accommodate their needs."
In addition to Independence of the Seas, which will spend its first season touring the warm waters of the Mediterranean, voyagers can visit the Baltic onboard
Jewel of the Seas or explore the East with
Navigator of the Seas, which visits Turkey and Greece.
While at sea, holidaymakers will be spoiled for entertainment on any of
Royal Caribbean Cruises'ships.
Independence of the Seas features Flowrider, an innovative surf simulator, while
Jewel of the Seas and
Brilliance of the Seas boast themed solariums and water parks.
Royal Caribbean Cruises recently announced the launch of several new programmes, including health initiative Vitality and the Adventure Ocean family plan.
