Cunard Cruises' newest ship,
Queen Victoria, is likely to be an interior design triumph.
Set to officially begin service in December, the ship should stun travellers with its sophisticated yet dramatic design.
As seasoned cruisers are aware, atmosphere is everything - a factor that
Cunard Cruises prioritised when designing the new vessel.
From the Grand Lobby's luxurious majesty to the chandelier-adorned ballroom, the Queens Room, guests can make-believe they are attending a classy holiday from another era.
"This will be a unique ship offering our guests a glorious taste of grand ocean liner travel from days gone by, along with every modern convenience," said Carol Marlow, Cunard's President and Managing Director.
"Even the most experienced travellers will be impressed. The ship demonstrates such extraordinary attention to detail, not only in craftsmanship but in the thought that has gone into exceeding our guests' expectations," she added.
The
Queen Victoria was recently 'floated out' in the Fincantieri's Marghera shipyard near Venice.
