Princess Cruises have announced an exclusive new partnership with Australian celebrity chef and New York Times bestselling author, Curtis Stone.
This exciting new partnership will bring Chef Stone’s expert culinary offerings to Princess Cruises from autumn 2015 and will feature exclusive new menu items, a new speciality restaurant and special chef’s table experience.
New Crafted by Curtis menu items will be debuted on
Golden Princess from autumn with an expected roll out fleet-wide by the end of the year. The delicious dishes will be representative of the destinations visited and feature authentic regional flavours. Guests can expect dishes like roasted pork belly with cognac apple sauce, chicken and leek pot pie and homemade pastas handcrafted with passion and care.
Chef Stone’s first restaurant at sea will debut onboard Emerald Princess, Ruby Princess, Coral Princess and Sun Princess from December 2015; and guests can enjoy the special Chef’s Table by Curtis Stone experience on all Princess Cruises ships from early 2016.
Chef Stone said “Since I travel often, I know that discovering delicious food and sharing a great meal can create some of the most memorable moments and I’ve designed my restaurants with this in mind. It’s important to me that guests have the experience that I would want and food that I’d be thrilled to eat myself, at sea or anywhere else in the world.”
