Carnival Cruises has unveiled new pictures of its Carnival Dream vessel, which is set to launch next year.
The ship will make its debut in September 2009, becoming the largest 'Fun Ship' ever constructed.
Carnival Dream will feature an exclusive WaterWorks aqua park, complete with the longest water slides at sea, along with a nine-deck atrium and an exclusive indoor/outdoor entertainment venue.
As well as releasing new images of the hotly anticipated ship, a new blog has been launched by senior cruise director John Heald.
Mr Heald recently toured the ship and his blog features a number of behind-the-scenes insights and stories.
"The Carnival Dream is going to be biblically, stratospherically, crushingly brilliant. It is a ship that will set the tone for others to try and follow and is without doubt a ship that will be talked about for a long time to come," he commented.
Vessels currently in the Fun Ship fleet include
Carnival Spirit and
Carnival Splendor.
