MSC launches express check-in service

MSC Cruises has launched a new express online check-in service aimed at reducing passenger queuing times.

Using the new system passengers will be able to check themselves in and access their booking information online.

Those using the service will then be able to print off their details and use a fast track system at the port.

Guilio Libutti, managing director of MSC Cruises UK and Ireland, said the cruise line was committed to providing its customers with innovative and time-saving solutions.

"The addition of online check-in and dedicated MSC Express desks is an extra convenience that cuts queues and waiting times at the port, meeting the growing demands of busy clients," he explained.

Mr Libutti added that he was hopeful that the system would enable guests to start their holidays sooner and get off to a "relaxing" start.

MSC Cruises operates a number of vessels including the MSC Opera, Fantasia and MSC Rhapsody
