MSC Cruises has described its new ship MSC Fantasia as the "most beautiful ship in the world".
According to the Telegraph, the 133,500-tonne MSC Fantasia will be "in a class of her own" once launched in December 2008.
MSC Fantasia is currently being built at a shipyard in St Nazaire, France, and is due to sail on her maiden voyage later this year.
"It will offer a unique experience year round in the Mediterranean and have so much to offer on board in addition to our Italian style of cruising," chief executive Pierfrancesco Vago commented in February.
The Telegraph claims that MSC Fantasia represents the "height of indulgence" on the high seas.
Its Yacht Club offers a VIP butler service and it also boasts five restaurants, a spa and several themed bars.
MSC Cruises recently announced that
MSC Rhapsody is to make calls at the luxury port of Portofino until the end of summer.
