MSC Cruises has revealed details of the spa facilities that will be available onboard MSC Fantasia when she launches later this year.
Due to debut in December 2008, MSC Fantasia will weigh 133,500 tonnes and measure nine metres taller than the Eiffel Tower.
A Balinese "wellness centre", the Aurea Spa will be one of the highlights aboard the new
MSC Cruises vessel, offering "innovative" treatments and located on Deck 14.
The spa will comprise of several distinct areas, perfumed with essential oils and decorated in mosaics of gold and bronze, including a Thalassotherapy room, a thermal area, a gymnasium and a relaxation area.
Each specific area has been created and designed to offer passengers the best wellbeing care, from the perfumed essential oils to the tasteful finishing's and precious mosaics in tones of bronze and gold.
Balinese massage treatments available in the Thalassotherapy room will include reflexology, lava stones and infrared massage, head massage, shiatsu and relaxation treatments.
MSC Fantasia is due to be christened in Naples on December 18th 2008 by godmother and Italian actress Sophia Loren.
