Fred Olsen Cruises has announced a new "comprehensive" fly cruise programme for 2008, travelling to a range of regions.
Among the new sailings are
Caribbean cruises and
Mediterranean cruises, available in fly cruise format from a variety of UK regional airports.
A total of 18 new fly cruises which are set to make berth in beautiful ports such as Livorno, Barcelona, Tunis, Venice and Corfu are available from Bristol Airport.
"This is great news for our customers in the south-west as it means they don't have to travel all the way to Gatwick, Manchester or Heathrow; they have Bristol on their doorstep," commented Lucy Thurston, Sales Executive for the South West of England at
Fred Olsen Cruises.
She added that such fly cruises can take much of the "hassle" out of travelling and also allow holidaymakers to enjoy their cruise earlier.
Fred Olsen Cruises' new ship
Balmoral is due to set sail to the Caribbean this week on February 13th 2008.
