The European voyage - an age-old rite of passage for any committed traveller - is being launched into the 21st century by 4 of Celebrity Cruises' most well-loved ships.
Spanning the continent's vast breadth of attractions, the 2008 programme for the celebrated quadruplet takes in Scandinavia, eastern Europe and the Mediterranean.
Onboard the stunning Celebrity Century, cruisers can take in Scandinavia and Russia in 12 nights, alternatively opting for a 10-night Russia and Norwegian Fjords journey on the gorgeous ship.
Meanwhile, voyagers can experience Gaudi's masterpieces in Barcelona and the picturesque beauty of Venice by participating in Celebrity Summit's 12-night Mediterranean ventures.
Celebrity Galaxy will introduce curious explorers to 2 of the continent's most unique and exciting cities - Rome and Istanbul - on its 14-night sojourns around Europe's famed attractions.
Elsewhere, Celebrity Constellation will embark upon journeys to the heat-baked hotspots of Morocco, Spain and Portugal.
"Celebrity's European sailings have sparked increasing demand year-over-year, and we're thrilled to respond by returning with 4 of our award-winning large ships," comments President Dan Hanrahan.
"On every Celebrity ship, the combination of impeccable service and state-of-the-art amenities, with the rich history, culture and natural beauty of Europe, is simply unparalleled," he adds.
The line's commitment to sophistication is set to continue with its recently announced new wine cruises around the Pacific region.
