Culinary Caribbean cruise with TV chef

Britons who love their food and like to travel may well be interested in cruising with Ocean Village this summer.

Television chef James Martin, famous for his appearances on This Morning and Saturday Kitchen, is sailing onboard Ocean Village on a selection of dates this summer.

Martin will be preparing mouth-watering numbers on a seven and 14-night cruise sailing this June 14th and again on August 26th.

"If you're lucky enough to be travelling on board with James you'll get the extra treat of seeing his cookery demonstrations and if you're dining in the Bistro he may even be cooking your dinner," the cruise line notes.

Martin boasts a bistro onboard both Ocean Village andOcean Village Two which offer pumpkin ravioli with sage and tomato butter, grilled field mushrooms topped with rarebit and ratatouille chutney.

For dessert, cruisers can sample the pineapple tarte tatin with black pepper caramel or the rich chocolate and raspberry tart with white chocolate ice cream.
