Luxury cruise line
Crystal Cruises provides excellent service and fine dining facilities.
That is the opinion of Telegraph reporter Jane Archer, who spent seven nights onboard the
Crystal Serenity, on a voyage from Rome to Venice.
Ms Archer said that the level of service offered to passengers was excellent and singled out her butler, Mahir, who managed to bring her a bucket of ice around "a minute" after she called for it.
"Those who won't even consider Crystal should give it a go. I think theyll be pleasantly surprised," she commented.
Dinner sittings were described as "relaxed", with the ship's speciality restaurants offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes.
As part of Crystal Cruises' Six-Star Commitment, passengers are guaranteed that from the moment they set foot onboard the ship all of their needs will be taken care of, with "attention paid to every detail".
Destinations currently served by the cruise line include Alaska, the Caribbean and the Panama Canal.
