Costa Cruises has announced plans to team up with Sony and create a number of PlayStation zones on its ships.
Games consoles will also be available in cabins and guests will have the opportunity to play games on the large screens overlooking the lido decks.
Guests will also be able to purchase PlayStation games and consoles on board, as well as test new releases.
Commenting on the plans, Costa spokesman Fabrizia Greppi said: "After the Grand Prix driving simulator, the golf simulator and the 4D cinema, this partnership will bring our guests another exciting innovation and another world exclusive feature the PlayStation, a veritable cult object for all video gamers."
Mr Greppi added that the cruise line will continue to build innovative ships and offer its guests exciting entertainment options and amenities.
Ships currently operated by the cruise line include the
Costa Fortuna,
Costa Atlantica, Costa Romantica and Costa Marina.
