The Carnival Sensation, operated by
Carnival Cruises, has undergone significant refurbishment work.
Capable of carrying 2,052 passengers, the popular ship has seen the addition of a new water park, tropical pool and adults-only area.
Sensation is the fourth of Carnival's Fun Ships to receive an upgrade and joins the Carnival Imagination, Inspiration and Fantasy.
Roberta Jacoby, the cruise line's senior vice president of hotel operations, said that a holiday onboard Carnival Sensation represents excellent value for money, particularly for families.
"With its wide variety of on-board facilities and convenient three and four-day schedule from Port Canaveral Carnival Sensation has been a popular choice for 'Fun Ship' guests," she added.
It was reported earlier this week that the
Carnival Conquest has also underfone renovation work. The ship has had a new children's club installed, along with a 'Seaside Theatre' area, complete with giant LED screen.
