Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

Cold temperature across the inside of the ship evenings not acceptable. Not accustomed to needing to wear jumpers or fleece. Ship clean, food acceptable as usual at marketplace but in main restaurants reduced. Staff mostly good and efficient. Itinerary good, cold windy weather at least dry although beyond control of ship so balcony unused. Suitcase lost as in totally wrong place number, missed train as had to wait for almost all cases to be gone. Many dock staff help me to search. Found when case stood all alone at totally wrong extreme end to where should have been. Never had happen before on my many cruises. At least my case not on way to airport as AirTags showed. Known worse disembarking

Ship is beautiful and modern but really big. Loads of facilities onboard. Good restaurants and the quality of food is very good and great selection in the Marketplace buffet. Entertainment is fab with something to appeal to everyone. Cabins nice and clean and all public areas spotless. On the downside, allocated dining time might not be suitable for all. Buffet felt like a scramble to get a table and food as there was so many people onboard. Was a great base price but with adding drinks packages and wifi package it bumped up the cost. Hence, not a 5 star rating. On summary, enjoyable cruise (5 day, 3 ports of call Northern Europe), service great, staff are fantastic and a credit to MSC.

A lovely ship with plenty to see and do onboard. Crew and staff were very helpful and polite. queues were minimal despite having 6000 passengers onboard, Will definitely be booking another cruise on this ship.
