The ship was beautiful, so well maintained and shiny. The staff worked incredibly hard and were very professional. The cabin was a good size and comfortable. Embarkation was very quick and being able to go straight to our cabins to deposit our things was great. Luggage delivery right outside our cabin was very quick and organised. The entertainment and shows were good quality and plentiful. However, the food floor vegetarians was limited and repetitive. In the MDR the choices were limited, and in the buffet provision the same kind of vegetarian food was served repetitively. The speciality restaurants didn't have any provision for vegetarians. There was a lack of seating in bars and common areas, this made it difficult when we went for a drink and many people were stood or walking around with their drinks.

I loved my cruise. Met a lot of nice people. Staff we lovely too & all hard working. Gavin was a majestic host in the theatre & DJ events. Funny at the Halloween party. I noticed it’s 10 metres shorter than MSC Seaview & it felt a bit shorter. From a design point of view, I would reduce the size of the Chocolate store & extend Virtuosa Bar, as it’s so popular. I loved the dance teachers as my wife & I have been dancing 14 years. Lena was my favourite & her words ‘very good’ & what’s the most important move & the answer was ‘smile’. My wife does not like motion, so I travelled as a solo passenger but will try & encourage her to try a short cruise, maybe to the Ffords around Norway to begin with. My room was clean & spic & span every day. Everyone smiled & I loved it, even though it’s only my 2nd ever cruise. I was chosen to be the magician’s assistant bashing glasses. So funny. Thank you

We had the best holiday. We loved the evening entertainment which was very professional and found we could book to go every evening. We had an inside stateroom for this cruise after usually having a outside with balcony and were really impressed. All staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food good but my husband wished they didn't put veal jus over spinach and ricotta pasta as he is vegetarian. We'll be going again next year.

The ship is big and cabin is clean and confortable. The entertainment programs are good and the stuff on the ship is very friendly and helpful. The.

I found the ship very clean and the staff were so hardworking ,nothing was too much trouble for them ,always polite and always ready for a chat about your day ,even though they were always busy ,unfortunately I was quite ill the first week and hadly left our cabin but our steward worked around us and nothing was too much trouble for him ,I would highly recommend msc and this was our first cruise with msc ,I can't comment about food because I hardly ate anything due to been ill

Loved the cabin and balcony although it would be better with loungers.Embarkation and disembarkation were easy.Entertainment was excellent.The food was o.k.service was excellent.Krissa and Heman from the Minueto served us excellently

My first with MSC and duly impressed by the logistical organisation and itinerary. Staff morale looked very good. My cabin although singe was spacious ( MY 13220 Cabin Steward service was very attentive and considerate of my needs and space .. Nice chap ) I thought bar staff need to acknowledge customers as they take a position at the bar etc. Often felt ignored .. this poor attitude needs to change. Bar drinks I thought expensive if you weren't on a daily allowance etc. On the whole a very good quality experience.

Generally very good . We didn't like not having paper copies of everything. It was all on the app.which drove us mad .not everyone has the expensive phones that cope with it . We missed several entertainment opportunities because of it . Our cabin was very good although a small easy chair would have been nice being an accessible cabin it was all about space . We had to bring in the balcony chairs to sit down .
