MSC Virtuosa Reviews
View Cruise DealsExcellent disembarkation quick and easy.the crew were excellent in the restaurant anywhere on the ship the steward were excellent . The entertainment was very very good . The cruise experience was very good
Value for money cruise, great service, friendly dining staff, Casablanca was a bit dodgy and could probably be swapped out for Gibraltar which is a far superior port option. Entertainment was good, could do with a few more musical shows, maybe an 80’s songs show, Beatles tribute etc. overall a great cruise.
Very lovely ship plenty to do all day very friendly staff food was very nice and cabin was very clean ever day really enjoyed my first criuse holiday
MSC was very casual compared to other cruise lines we have used. Itinerary was good but excursions too expensive.
The first holiday that I wasn’t ready to come home. Loved Yacht Club … the friendliness, the service, the lack of stuffiness, the people, the staff, the ease of everything. Not having to worry about anything. Virtuosa is such a beautiful ship and spotlessly clean. What great fun we had.
Our room was very nice, well looked after. Food good, prices of things onboard were a little expensive. Ship was awesome with lots of things to do, the shows were good. Ships staff were more than helpful.
A great holiday. Value for money was unquestionable, Entertainment in the Theatre was of high standard and very varied. Cabin was fine. Ship very clean and modern. Food was a bit disappointing, but there was plenty of choice for adults.
We been on virtuosa three times already. It's beautiful ship and we love it so much. Itinerary is most important. Ship is full of entertainment and most beautiful ports have been covered.
The ship was beautiful, so well maintained and shiny. The staff worked incredibly hard and were very professional. The cabin was a good size and comfortable. Embarkation was very quick and being able to go straight to our cabins to deposit our things was great. Luggage delivery right outside our cabin was very quick and organised. The entertainment and shows were good quality and plentiful. However, the food floor vegetarians was limited and repetitive. In the MDR the choices were limited, and in the buffet provision the same kind of vegetarian food was served repetitively. The speciality restaurants didn't have any provision for vegetarians. There was a lack of seating in bars and common areas, this made it difficult when we went for a drink and many people were stood or walking around with their drinks.
