Overall the cruise was very good the staff were very pleasant and the staff that we were involved with went above and beyond to make sure our trip was good. The food was very good. The entertainment was good too, we went to all the shows and enjoyed them. My only criticism is the the the drinks package was over priced and unless you were a heavy drinker you would not have got your money's worth .

Great party ship, good fun, but simply not enough space to sit down at bars in the evening or coffee areas in the day.

First time for us on the MSC VIRTUOSA. The ship is magnificent, great design, well maintained and looked after. Finding seating was a big problem for us due to entertainment taking place like live music, quizzes and activities. We could never find a seat in the Virtuosa lounge on deck 6 and spent most of our time on the ship walking up and down non stop trying to find a seat. The ship is lacking a quiet space like a library and there are no comfortable sofas. Food was amazing at the market place and the Opera. We had great service from our table waiters. Our cabin was always clean, tidy and spotless (cabin 12088)

Ok travels experience.

This ship is beautiful our room with balcony was fab bars werefab with branded drinks and cans of mixers not that pump stuff. My only negative would be the food it was not up to cruise standards in comparison to other cruises i have been on.

Absolutely great couldn't fault it
